Division of Social Sciences
About Us
UC San Diego’s Division of Social Sciences unites scientists and scholars from across disciplines to focus on some of the most pressing issues of our time. Our partnerships with institutions in Mexico promote innovative projects, including examining civil rights abuses, connecting immigrants with legal services, and creating new models for community-university partnerships that have the potential to transform our world, now and for the future.
Collaborative Projects with Mexico

CCIS recently compiled a report for Mexico’s National Human Rights Commission documenting civil rights abuses at the border.
