• Attendees will need to book their own airfare (up to $400 per person) so that they arrive by noon on the first day of the workshop (June 10 for El Paso).
• Attendees will need to arrange their own transportation (up to $75) to/from the workshop hotels. The hotel is:
  • Hilton Garden Inn El Paso University Hotel, 111 W University Ave., El Paso, TX 7990.
• Workshop organizers have arranged room blocks for attendees. Each university partner must confirm room list with UTEP organizers. Attendees will need to have a credit card at check-in for incidentals only. Lodging will be covered for two nights (June 10 & 11).

• The following meals will be arranged by workshop organizers"
  • Day one - afternoon break and reception
  • Day two - breakfast, breaks, lunch
  • Day three - breakfast and lunch
  • Other meals during travel will not be covered. Travelers should not submit any receipts for meals.
• A UC San Diego staff member will be attending the first day of each workshop to register travelers into the UC San Diego system. After the workshops, travelers will need to email scans of all receipts to UC San Diego for reimbursement.
